This month’s History Happy Hour speaker is Katherine Banks, the college archivist at Milligan College. Drawing from archival photographs and sources, Ms. Banks will be speaking about African-American and female personalities from throughout Milligan’s history. The inspiration for this presentation originated with the Milligan Libraries’ social media Throwback Thursday posts from February and March which celebrated Black History Month and Women’s History Month, respectively. The program is Thursday, June 20th at 6:30 pm. It is also free and open to the public!
