What’s Available

We encourage the use of historically accurate/sensitive materials whenever possible and operate the Architectural Salvage Warehouse as a resource to our community and region. Some of the items currently available in the Warehouse include:

  • Interior and exterior doors, casings, and other moldings
  • Window frames, windows, and glass
  • Exterior louvered and paneled shutters
  • Fireplace mantels
  • Clapboard siding
  • Hardwood flooring
  • Sinks

Pricing as of August 15, 2020:

We now have historic, site-made brick in stock! Site-made, pre-industrial brick is very soft and should only be used in architectural applications; they are not suitable for walkways/pavers.

Quantities of 100+ Brick: $2.00 each.    Quantities less than 100 Brick: $3.00 each. 

Windows: Small (18″x 30″ or smaller) – $2o
Medium (Up to 24″x 36″) – $30; Large – $45                                                                                                                      Doors: Basic Wood – $60. Doors w/frames – $80. Screen Doors – $40. Door Frames – $25.
Lumber (priced by Length Foot): Siding and Flooring – $0.75. Beadboard – $0.60 Trim – $0.50.

Custom Made Window Sashes Available:

Double hung, 6 pane window sashes. Sashes meet the criteria for houses listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
